Open House 2009
The Dufferin Tennis Club kicked off the season with its annual Open House, Saturday, May 2. The new Court Staff and Tennis Executive greeted many new and returning members who stopped in to celebrate the start of another season. Esther Yelle, Branch Manager of Scotiabank, presented a cheque for $2,500 to the Dufferin Tennis Club towards the court repair fund. Mayor Mike Hancock and Dave Levac also stopped in to congratulate us on our Open House. We had over 100 people purchase tennis memberships and raised over $400 in our donation drive campaign.
